Just need to make more pictures...
Adam Orlando	sure, would love to learn how you did it.would be really fun to learn I'll make a tutorial then one day, but I will need to make lots of pictures. And the way I recolor isn't a clean one as I draw on the texture directly and not using layers.

The funktions I use are not part of any other program I've tried, but if you want to have a detailed description I can explain it to you per email, it's too much to write in a guestbook
Adam Orlando	hello, first off love your recolors, was curious to know if you were planning to recolor the following: Peggy - donation #006108, Rose - Donation 105, and Raon 32 and 15. didn't know if you accept requests or how that works so figured I'd just ask. thanks so much!!! Hey Adam, The hairs by Peggy and Rose are definitely on my list. I haven't recolored them yet as the list is just getting too long, but I like them enough to want them myself.The Raonsims hairs are different though. The wavy hair looks like painted on, I didn't like it that much. And even with a straight texture I cannot imagine it being that nice, sorry. The other one might look good enough with a better texture, but there are too many files that I like better. I try to recolor four hairsets a week, and there aren't that many new sets for sims 2 now that sims 3 is released, but there are still about six to ten every month that I want to recolor. I have the feeling if I go on this way I'm maybe done when Sims 4 is released...

Stacey H. Boston, MA	Hi Rissa, I was wondering if you could recolor a hair for me. I'm starting a story and I really want to use this hair in my story. It's a peggy hair and the black hair doesn't look black at all, it looks purple. Hey Stacey, which one do you need? There are two sets that I don't want to recolor by now as they are messed up, 5838, a short hair for girls, and the Treasure Hunt braid. All other files from 2009 or newer are on my list anyways So if you tell me which one you'd need I might be able to include it in the next update.

Alan New Jersey USA	Hi Rissa, Thanks for replying! There's none in particular that I prefer more- but mesh #005789 the black looks purple and the blondes look kinda more brown. Hair mesh #005520 the black looks purple as well. I don't know what that woman is thinking sometimes when recoloring- But she does make some beautiful hair meshes and is still creating for the sims 2- So I feel bad complaining about her. Alan New Jersey USA	It's so good to see ur back doing ur wonderful recolors!!! There's just so many peggy hairs that have come out over the last few months that r in major need of recolors AND colors in general! Because not only is peggy still sometimes doing horrible color versions of red and blacks, but now she seems to sometimes leave colors out all together! Lol So thank the sims 2 gods for u!! I'll be patiently waiting for peggy updates from u. I'm so glad to see u haven't abandoned the sims 2 for the sims 3 as so many creators have. Because some of us still prefer the sims 2 over the sims 3. I've tried the sims 3 and WA- but it's just one problem, hassle, glitch, bug,ETC. after the other. And games r supposed to be fun- not a pain in the u know where! LOL. Thank u for all the time and quality u put into ur creations! There would be so many unused hairs if it weren't for u- So thank u! I haven't counted for some days, but there must be around 50 newer files that are just beautiful and that I absolutely want to recolor. Some of them are already done and will be shared soon, two files are messed up ad I've asked Yuxi to look into them to see if they can be fixed, and I'm definitely going to recolor most other files as well. Is there a file you absolutely prefer over the others? There's the chance that I like them best as well...

Freudig überrascht habe ich gerade entdeckt, dass es wieder ein Update gibt. \(^o^)/ Seitdem ich Mitte letzten Jahres auf deine Seite gestoßen bin, zählt diese zu meinen Favoriten und ich habe oft geschaut, ob es vielleicht etwas Neues gibt. Da ich - obwohl ich mir bereits Sims 3 angeschafft habe - weiterhin Sims 2 spiele, weil mir die Sims einfach besser gefallen, würde es mich riesig freuen, noch mehr Recolorationen bei dir erhalten zu können. Die von dir ausgewählten Texturen finde ich nämlich superschön. Das natürliche Blond gefällt mir besonders gut, wobei ich es auch sehr begrüßen würde, könntest du bei Gelegenheit ein ganz helles Blond hinzufügen. Ein Anliegen habe ich auch noch: Es wäre für mich wirklich eine Riesenfreude, könntest du das "Girl Next Door"-Mesh von Nouk recolorieren. Ich habe es bereits auf diversen Seiten runtergeladen, aber schöne Texturen waren dort leider nicht dabei. Nochmal ein ganz großes Lob an deine Arbeit und liebe Grüße, Noni! Hallo Noni, freut mich, dass dir meine Seite gefällt. Ich versuche jetzt auch wieder regelmäßige Updates bereitzustellen. Ein helleres Blond habe ich bisher nicht auf meiner Liste. Im Prinzip ist es total einfach, ein Platinblond zu erstellen. Das dauert vielleicht dre Minuten pro Frisur. Aber wie du siehst hänge ich noch immer mit dem Braun hinterher, das wollte ich eigentlich schon vor einem halben Jahr fertig haben. Ich mache lieber etwas völlig Neues, als die alten Sachen nochmal auszugraben. Ein paar Frisuren von Nouk sind definitiv auf meiner Liste, die blöderweise doch ständig länger als kürzer wird. Wenn ich endlich mal dazu komme ist Girl Next Door auf jeden Fall dabei.

It's not possible to add these to your Sims 3 game. But if you want to have all of these meshes for your Sims 3 game go to peggyzone.com, rosesims2.net, xmsims.com and modthesims.info. Maybe 1/8 of the meshes have been updated for Sims 3 already and it's possible that all of them might be available for the game some day.

I have just lost overview of what I've recolored, what I've made pics of and what I still need to do. I'm really going to update more often, but I need to sort things out before I can do anything. Alen4ik	Hey Rissa.... Wollt dich nur mal fragen für welches sims spiel die frisuren geeignet sind? Auch für sims 3??? Würd mich freuen wenn du mir antwortest... Außerdem find ich deine Recolores suuper Mach weiter so!!! Hallo, die sind leider nur für Sims 2 geeignet. Für Sims3 braucht man ganz neue Meshes, ausßerdem ist Recolorieren da nicht mehr nötig. Aber inzwischen gibt es schon nicht wenige der Frisuren auch für Sims 3, entweder von den Original-Erstellern oder von anderen Leuten. Ich selbst weiß noch nicht, ob ich auf auf das Erstellen von Sims3-Frisuren umsteige. Ich habe schon eine Frisur von Sims2 zu Sims3 konvertiert, aber sie ist nicht gut genug, um veröffentlicht zu werden. Mit all den Sims2-Frisuren, die ich demnächst noch recolorieren will habe ich vorerst genug zu tun, das sind locker über 300...
